Halk Bread Factory Production Data

İzBB Halk Ekmek Factory, affiliated with Grand Plaza A.Ş., a company of İzmir Metropolitan Municipality, has been producing in Çiğli district since May 10, 2009.

IBB Public Bread Factory, which has a wide production range, produces White and Wholemeal Bread, Whole Wheat Flour Bread, Rye Bread, Gluten-Free Bread, Karakılçık Bread and Bread Flour.
