Izmir Fire Department Search and Rescue and Health teams intervened and searched and rescued in cases such as accidents, live rescues and disaster incidents that occurred in 30 districts within the Izmir metropolitan area, and Afad or regional search and rescue events of the same nature that occurred in cities and rural areas outside Izmir. It includes search and rescue activities carried out in response to the call for help of the organization.
