The "Izmir Earthquake Common Mind Meeting" was held on 12.11.2020-13.11.2020, immediately after the earthquake of October 30, 2020, in order to guide the disaster-oriented scientific studies to be carried out by our Izmir Metropolitan Municipality. At the Common Mind Meeting; With 1000 participants from all segments of society, including relevant representatives of public institutions and organizations, unions, professional chambers, non-governmental organizations and universities, who came together under 15 different topics, the road map to be followed was determined in the light of the suggestions developed by discussing what needs to be done to increase the disaster safety of the city.
