Returns the last index averages of the value of the {day} parameter of the traffic index value. The period parameter is the time span averaged. Y: Year; M: Moon; D: Day; H: Hour; 5M: It takes values in the form of 5 minutes. For example; If it is called as “… / TrafficIndexHistory / 3 / H”, the indexes of the last 3 days are returned by taking the averages of each 1 hour.
